Kate joined Cunnally Law Group, LLC in 2011. She primarily handles the firm’s family law mediation and collaborative divorce matters. With over 13 years of experience, Kate is committed to helping families navigate the complexities of divorce and family law matters with empathy and expertise. Kate understands that family disputes are more than just legal issues—they are deeply personal and emotional. By focusing on mediation and collaborative divorce, Kate aims to facilitate respectful and constructive dialogues between parties, helping them to reach agreements that serve their best interests and those of their children.
Mediation and collaborative divorce are powerful alternatives to litigation. They offer a more cooperative approach, minimizing conflict and fostering solutions that are fair and tailored to each family’s unique circumstances. Kate is a skilled mediator and collaborative practitioner, adept at guiding clients through these processes with sensitivity and professionalism. By prioritizing open communication and mutual respect, she works to create solutions that are both equitable and sustainable.
In addition, Kate represents clients in estate planning, as well as the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is dedicated to ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their legal journey. Kate is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM). Kate has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer Rising Star each year from 2016-2020, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in Massachusetts.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time on the lake, and going to concerts and sporting events with her Husband.
